Clarity Within asks you questions so that you listen to yourself. There are no videos, no programs, no productivity metrics. Just you, a card, and what it sparks within you. The difference is that here, the answers don’t come from the app — they come from you.
How often are the cards updated?
The decks feature a wide number of cards designed to keep the experience feeling fresh every time. We are constantly curating and adding new versions, and new decks will be coming soon.

Can I share a card with someone else?
Yes. If you want to share a card, affirmation, or prompt, you can share it directly from the app. There are different options to send it to a friend or post it on your social media.
How much time a day does it require?
As much time as you want to invest in being with yourself.
We recommend starting with three minutes or one card a day. You can draw a card when you wake up, at lunch, or before going to sleep. There is no correct time, only yours.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes. You can choose your language when opening the app for the first time, and change it whenever you want from the settings.
The cards across all three decks — Journaling, Gratitude, and Affirmations — are available in both English and Spanish.
